At the Beach

Ahhh... It's good to be on vacation! We are having a great time and it's good to see Mr. SP finally relax. He has a very stressful job and it is good for him to get away from work for a week. We are staying with my mom in her beach house. My cousin, William, and his nephew, Dakota, are also staying with us. Dakota is 16 and it is so much fun to be around a teenager. William and Dakota love to fish and stay out until the wee hours seeing what they can catch. They haven't had much luck, so far.

We arrived Thursday afternoon and immediately went for a boat ride.




We boated over to one of our favorite places, Manteo.


















Then we went to Collington. Mama really would like to sell her beach house and buy one in Collington. My vote is to keep the beach house!


This is the life!

    Beautiful pictures! I wish we were able to use our family beach places, but it's "in use" by my aunt. Permanently. Long story. ;) Enjoy your time there!

    Oh now Paula...that does look like fun! It brings back memories of boating with my dad as a little girl! I can smell the salt water and feel the spray! Enjoy your time with your family!...Debbie
