Flower Arrangement Redo

This floral arrangement was so pretty when I made it back in August.

It actually looked really pretty until just recently when the Pineapple Lily took a turn for the worst.  IMG_3318
Last weekend I decided to spruce up this arrangement with dried material that I had on hand:  Hydrangea, Garlic, and Sedum.
IMG_3319I tried my best to make sure that it looked good from all angles.  I think I like this angle the best.

I’m happy to have this updated arrangement in my living room.  I wonder if my party guests will notice it this Saturday?  (I’m betting not!)
Do your friends notice things in your house?  I certainly do when I visit someone.

Don't you love picking dried things from outside - I do it all the time.

  2. My friend Sharon notices everything as does my niece Heather. Other than those two nothing from the rest of them. They just aren't "into" decorating.

    Your re-arrangement looks great Paula.

  3. Oh, it's lovely!!! I do notice stuff like that and at the same time I pray no one notices the dog hair on my kitchen floor. ;)

  4. Looks great. I have one friend who notices every little detail. Sometimes that is a good thing, sometimes it is a bad one! Carla

  5. Sooo pretty. I love dried hydrangeas.

I notice pretty decorative stuff, but I don't notice if they have a little dust on their mantle.
