Knitted Gee Bee

My talented sister-in-law knitted a model of my father-in-law’s favorite plane, the Gee Bee, for his birthday.

Rich is sporting a Gee Bee shirt while holding a Gee Bee poster and his hand crafted model.  He was thrilled with this thoughtful gift.

We celebrated Rich’s birthday at one of his favorite places, the ball field.  Baseball with a view of the mountains, how about that??

    Wow! I wonder if she had a pattern for that, or if she just came up with it on her. That's great. What a cool way to celebrate a birthday! :)

    No, I wasn't blessed with the knitting gene. Man, your SIL is sure talented though! Love the shots of the ballfield. Not sure if I'd even watch the game with those gorgeous surroundings.
